Atlanta Tri Club is proud to offer the most comprehensive group training and an awesome social environment. From the first moment you join, #atclove is a way of life! New members become part of our connectors mentoring program where the goal is to help you find the support you need. 

 

And it’s not about just training! Club socials and parties, race day tents and activities, and friendly club competitions help make ATC a family of athletes working to be their best while having a blast!

swimming

We offer five, organized coach- led practices during the week. With up to six lanes at a practice, find swimmers your pace to challenge you.

 

Just learning to swim? We have a dedicated beginner lane on Washington Park on Monday nights for those who can’t yet swim. All our practices are beginner friendly. And we offer swim lessons through Energy Lab if you need extra one on one attention. Twice per month we offer beginner and advanced supported open water sessions.

cycling

We have plenty of indoor and outdoor riding options. At Energy Lab, our dedicated power cycling studio you can either ride your own bike with one of our computrainers or ride one of our standalone cycleops bikes. Train with power or heart rate? We offer performance testing once per month to help you keep your zones current.

 

On Thursday nights, we have a popular hill repeats workout in Buckhead, with optional beer and pizza afterwards at Fellinis. And on the weekends, we have supported long rides at various popular locations. You’ll be paired with others going a similar distance and speed so you don’t have to ride alone!

running

From buckhead to the beltline and track we offer several organized and supported running sessions throughout the week. On the weekends, we have supported group runs at most of the popular running locations around Atlanta. Our weekend runs also feature pace groups. You will be paired with others running a similar distance and pace so you never have to run alone!
